Ah, por cierto, decía de la desfachatez por eso de jugarla de artista (o dejar que el formato blog despierte suspicacias) y ponernos un relato de la preparación de una comida. No se trata sólo de algo que podríamos considerar menor, sino que ademas construye un relato incompleto: ¿por qué esa comida y no otra? ¿Por qué decidirse a retratar su preparación y no su consumo? ¿A quien estaba destinada? Estos son sólo alguos de los iterrogates que me despierta. Pero, al mismo tiempo, es sumamente transparente: se va a mostrar el proceso de preparación de ua colita de cuadril, y se cumple! ¿qué más querían?
